Kim Ellis – Operations Coordinator

Kim Ellis grew up on a sheep farm at Chesney Vale. After completing High School at Benalla, Kim went to Central Queensland to attend the Longreach Pastoral College where she completed her Certificate 4 in agriculture and wool classing.

Kim has been passionate about the agriculture industry all her life. Starting from the ground up she has been involved with saleyards, station/farm work and the shearing Industry. Kim now runs her own Merino sheep property and loves having her Kelpies by her side.

Kate Parker – Northern Sales Representative

Kate grew up on her family’s cattle property in the Carnarvon Gorge near Rolleston, Queensland. Kate’s upbringing and involvement in the agricultural industry has driven her passion. Prior to joining the StockLive team, Kate worked for livestock agency Grant Daniel and Long (GDL).

Being involved with her family’s commercially focused cattle operation has equipped Kate with the skills, experience and knowledge to excel in the industry. Kate has a keen interest in Stud cattle and has exhibited this throughout her high school years showing stud cattle across Central Queensland.

From a young age Kate has been passionate about cattle and horses which has driven her to develop her own personal business interest. Kate runs a small commercial herd of cattle and has recently started a Simmental Stud with her partner Matt.

Kate is excited to work with agents and producers to provide the best service and sale results through enhancing buyer audiences through the use of the StockLive platform.

Tyla Comerford – Central Sales Representative

Tyla hails from the central west region of NSW, where she grew up on her family farm near Dubbo, igniting her passion for the beef and sheep industry. Her early involvement in the seed stock industry saw her exhibiting for local breeders at agricultural shows and youth events. After completing high school, Tyla spent her gap year working on a cattle station in the Pilbara, WA, before attending the University of New England in Armidale.

During university holidays, Tyla gained a diverse experience in the domestic agriculture sector and traveled abroad to work on a feedlot and ranch in Canada. She credits her broad perspective on global agriculture to these international experiences. After graduating in 2020 with a Bachelor of Agriculture and a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing, Tyla worked for an Organic Export Beef and Lamb Operation in Dubbo.

In 2021, Tyla joined Elders as the NSW Stud Stock and Livestock SSO, where she gained extensive understanding of seedstock operations and hands-on experience across various aspects of the supply chain, making her well-equipped to meet the needs of our producers.

Tyla is thrilled to return to the Australian seedstock industry after spending a year in the US, working as a lab technician and semen analyst at a bull collection center, and gaining experience at a bull feedlot and backgrounding facility at a large stud operation.

Ben Beling

Ben grew up in the Lockyer Valley and attended secondary schooling in Ipswich. He been involved in the livestock industry for the last 15 years. From running beef breeding and backgrounding operations, having in-depth knowledge of pre and post-sale activities in and around sale yards, a keen interest in prime cattle competitions and I have a real passion for the industry and the people who are involved in it.

After having a motor vehicle accident in 2012 Ben took a step back for a while and did something that he never thought he’d do and undertook a Diploma of Agriculture. After completing it he was really looking forward to re-entering the workforce.

Ben started working at StockLive in January 2020 as a Sales Clerk. His job is to enter opening bids and input each bid as they are taken from the physical auction, so that our online bidders can bid on the platform. Ben thoroughly enjoys working with such a young and enthusiastic team who also share a passion for the livestock industry and truly believe in providing the best service and outcomes for our clients and customers

Amber Guerini

Amber Guerini – Advertising & Promotions Coordinator
Amber grew up in Western Australia on her family's broadacre cropping and sheep farm, where her passion for agriculture was first established and continues today, with her family still on the land. After finishing boarding school in 2017, Amber completed her qualifications in veterinary nursing and remains a qualified vet nurse. She then moved to the Riverina region of New South Wales, gaining hands-on experience working on a sheep station, which further deepened her connection to the sheep and wool industry.

Amber went on to study at Marcus Oldham College in 2019, completing an Associate Degree in Farm Business Management, followed by a Bachelor of Business (Agriculture). Upon graduating, she joined AgriNous as Marketing Manager, where she worked for four years playing a key role in customer support, product rollouts, brand development, agent engagement, social media strategy and content creation. During this time, Amber also completed a Graduate Certificate of Agribusiness through Marcus Oldham via correspondence, further strengthening her skills and knowledge of the industry.

Amber’s passion lies within the sheep industry, particularly the Merino sector, where she has built enduring relationships and is well-regarded among breeders and producers. Now as Advertising & Promotions Coordinator at StockLive, she brings her deep understanding of the livestock industry and marketing expertise to support producers and clients in the livestock sector.

Outside of her role at StockLive, Amber is a Board Director at CEPA Farm Supplies, an animal health and stockfeeds company, further reflecting her commitment to supporting the livestock industry. She also enjoys art, often creating commissioned sketches of working dogs, and enjoys farming alongside her partner, Will, on their dryland property in Wedderburn, North Central Victoria.

Nauman brings over two decades of experience in software engineering, with a deep specialization in Ruby on Rails. His career journey has taken him through impactful roles at Uber, Ideagen, Fujitsu, West, and Honeywell, where he honed his skills in building secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.

 At StockLive, Nauman leads the engineering team, ensuring the development and maintenance of robust, user-friendly platforms for the agricultural sector. His leadership fosters a culture of collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement, empowering his team to drive meaningful advancements in product functionality and user experience.

 Beyond his professional endeavours, Nauman volunteers in the community and mentors young IT talent. He strongly believes in the power of technology to create positive change.
Hugh Gordon

Hugh Gordon – Engineer

Hugh grew up on his family farm, in South-Western Victoria before taking up an opportunity to work in general administration at the saleyards in Camperdown Victoria, whilst completing Information Technology (IT) studies.

As a result, Hugh had a good understanding of how cattle flowed in and out of a saleyard, saleyard stakeholders and the intricacies around data and administration flow. It was also an opportunity to help innovate and improve efficiency within the Regional Livestock Exchanges (RLX) portfolio relating to software management and user experience.

Having technical skills and knowledge of the industry meant Hugh was the right fit for Stocklive, joining in March of 2022. Hugh assists in driving innovation within the tech space, as well as the continual improvement and maintenance of the website.

StockLive is an online auction, livestreaming, and data services platform, wholly owned by AAM. Since 2017, StockLive has supported the saleyard, seedstock, working dog, and equine sectors by providing cutting-edge technology to complement physical auctions and enhance the overall auction experience.

StockLive's purpose is to provide vendors with maximum exposure, buyers with ease of purchase and agents with simplicity of use.

Our platform offers flexible auction formats to suit a wide range of vendor and buyer needs. These include live webcast auctions with real-time audio and video streaming, audio-only auctions for situations where video is not required, and fully timed online auctions that allow bidding to take place over an extended period without the need for a live component.

By offering multiple digital auction solutions, StockLive empowers agents and vendors to choose the format that works best for them, whether complementing an on-farm or saleyard sale with a livestream, running a standalone timed event, or simply offering audio access for remote buyers. Our goal is to make quality livestock accessible to more buyers, regardless of location.
